Resumen:
Este artículo trata sobre la violencia y la agresión en algunos establecimientos de educación básica. Comienza con el reconocimiento que todos los seres humanos poseen una cuota de violencia que deben saber controlar. Luego, se analiza la violencia desde la perspectiva de diferentes teorías de aprendizaje, se establece la diferencia entre violencia y agresión, se entrega testimonio de ejemplos de conductas violentas y agresivas más comunes observadas por futuros profesores, las que no siempre son reconocidas por las instituciones escolares ya que se tiende a pensar dentro de ellas que están libres de conflicto. También se analiza las causas de las conductas violentas, sus consecuencias y las formas de intervención exitosas que se han podido aplicar por parte de alumnos practicantes.
Abstract:
This document deals with violence and aggression observed in some elementary schools. It
begins with the acknowledgement that every human being possesses a certain amount of violence that should know how to control. Then, violence is analyzed under different learning theories, the distinction between violence and aggression is made, several prospective teachers’ testimonies on school violence are given which are not generally recognized by the observed educational organizations since the general rule, inside of them, is that they are free of conflict. Likewise, the causes of violent behavior, its consequences and the many and varied successful interventions that have been applied by prospective teachers are carefully examined.
